For all subscriptions, send an email to info{at}cbs.knaw.nl
and include the journal title, your order reference (if applicable), OLD ADDRESS and new address. Please
allow 4 weeks for the change of address to take effect.
Report of Missing Issues for the print journal
For all subscriptions, send an email to info{at}cbs.knaw.nl
and include the journal title and missed issue volume and number. Please allow
2 weeks for receipt of the replacement issue.
New subscription for the print journal
For a new subscription for the print journal, send an email to info{at}cbs.knaw.nl
and include the journal title, invoice address, delivery address and your order reference (if applicable).
